If you cannot find the answer in these resources, please contact the EMA CTIS Service Desk . An EMA account is required for non-registered users.

The service also supports members of the public with questions regarding the CTIS public portal, trial map and clinical trials search. If you have difficulties logging in, contact ServiceNow@ema.europa.eu for support.
